At hth companies, safety is our first thought. Starting at orientation all employees receive safety training, drug testing, and specialized trainings by trade group. From day one, employees at hth companies are authorized, empowered, and obligated to stop any task where they feel there are unsafe conditions, behaviors, or activities taking place. This is outlined to all employees in new hire orientation and specifically outlined on their personal hth companies “STOP TASK CARD” which every employee is required to keep on them at all times.
